★ Torque calibration system : ① + ② + ③
★ This series is made-to-order. The lead time is approximately 3 to 8 weeks, depending on material availability.
1. ①Torque Meter|Rechargeable. A single torque meter can connect to various sensor models.
2. ②Desktop Torque Test Stand|Available in three sizes to choose the appropriate stand based on the wrench's required length.
3. ③Torque Sensor|Detection range from 0.05 Nm to 1200 Nm; select the corresponding sensor according to specific torque requirements.
4. Calibrate the torque wrench using a sensor to verify its accuracy.
5. Warning function : Beep, LED indicator. ( When reach the torque setting value 80%)
6. The backlight changes from blue to red, and the buzzer continues to sounds. ( When reach the torque setting value 101%)
7. Four torque units are available : N-m, ft-lb, in-lb, kgf-cm.
8. Can store 30 memory setting values.
9. Two modes : Track /Peak.

Why is calibration necessary?

 

1. Inspection: By inspecting the torque wrench before daily use, you can ensure accurate torque locking every day and prevent any abnormalities in the torque wrench.

2. Calibration: Over time, the torque value of a torque wrench may develop slight deviations. Using the factory-provided torque calibration method along with calibration equipment allows for precise torque adjustments and calibration.
